Pet Policy
At Ten50 we love our Fur-babies! We have no weight limit on our furry friends. There is a two-pet maximum per apartment, no deposit, and a $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Standard breed restrictions do apply. We partner with www.petscreening.com for our review process.
Standard Breed Restrictions: Chows, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, Dobermans, and mixes of these breeds.
